Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you usually have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel, email us at budgetthrills.service@gmail.com within that 14-day period and include your order number.

3. Returning the Goods

If you cancel your order, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

  • Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
  • You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods if you change your mind, unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we sent you the wrong item.

5. Refunds

If you cancel within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price you paid for the goods and the basic delivery cost of getting them to you, as required by law.

We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

6. Items Excluded from the Right to Cancel

The legal right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery
  • any other goods excluded from cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we sent the wrong item, contact us at budgetthrills.service@gmail.com and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.
