Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you usually have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason.
To cancel, email us at budgetthrills.service@gmail.com within that 14-day period and include your order number.
If you cancel your order, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods if you change your mind, unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we sent you the wrong item.
If you cancel within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price you paid for the goods and the basic delivery cost of getting them to you, as required by law.
We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
